I am a Ph.D. student advised by Dr. Heng Yang in the Computational Robotics Lab at Harvard University.

Education: Before coming to Harvard, I completed a master’s degree advised by Dr. Jun Zhang in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Nevada, Reno (UNR). UNR is my alma mater, where I also received a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering.

Fellowships: I am currently supported by the National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship Program and the Harvard Graduate Prize Fellowship.

During my master’s degree, I was supported by the Graduate Dean’s Merit Scholarship and the NASA Space Technology Graduate Research Opportunities (NSTGRO) Program. I was fortunate to spend the summer of 2022 as a visiting researcher at Robotic Systems Technology Branch of NASA Johnson Space Center.

Research Internships: During my master’s degree, I was also a (remote) intern for NASA Langley Research Center, for which I completed research projects in the Advanced Measurements and Data Systems Branch under the mentorship of Dr. Hyun Jung Kim. I also spent the summer of 2019 at NASA Ames Research Center in Silicon Valley.
